Pete Paine
Chief Executive Officer

Pete Paine has served as Chief Executive Officer since the Company’s inception. As Co-Founder of Premier Technologies and Data Capital Corporation, Mr. Paine has had a distinguished career in Defense Contracting and IT Management. Mr. Paine’s leadership experience at Hughes Aircraft Company and Allied Mechanical Products provided a strong footprint in the design and build of tactical Undersea Weapons. Mr. Paine entered the IT industry in the late 1990’s with the launch of Premier Technologies and Data Capitol Corporation. Mr. Paine graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California.


Hung Ngoc Le
Chief Technology Officer

Hung Ngoc Le serves as Data Capital’s Chief Technical Officer. Before Data Capital, Mr. Le had a rewarding 35 year career in all phases of hardware design, manufacturing and software development. Mr. Le participated in the initial development of the Solaris Operating System at Sun Microsystems. As a UNIX & LINUX expert, Mr. Le has pioneered the complexities of supercomputing for scientific and computational applications. Mr. Le is an engineering graduate from the University of Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In addition to Sun Microsystems, Mr. Le has provided technical consulting to Cadence, Microsoft, NASA, CSC, ITT, HP and others.


Hector Ramirez
Vice President of Operations

Hector Ramirez serves as Data Capital’s Vice President of Operations. Mr. Ramirez has had a distinguished 20 year career in all phases of IT Management. Accomplishments include the implementation of Asset Manger which provides customers with an on-line tracking and reporting software tool. Mr. Ramirez completed his education at California State University, San Jose, in mathematics and computer science.


Will Joseph
Vice President of Business Development

Will Joseph serves as Data Capital’s as Vice President of Business Development. As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Joseph is responsible for setting strategic directions, managing business partnerships, enabling technology alliances, and establishing OEM relationships. Prior to joining Data Capital, Mr. Joseph co-founded Packet Digital power management integrated circuit manufacturer. As acting Vice President of Business Development Mr. Joseph was responsible for technology alliances and business development partnerships. Prior to joining Packet Digital, Mr. Joseph joined Beckmen Display in 1998 which later became Alien Technology. Of the more notable accomplishments at Alien was his work in redirecting Alien from the electronic display market to the Radio Frequency Identification market. Prior to joining Alien Technology Mr. Joseph served in various business development positions at Isothermal Systems Research. Mr. Joseph holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Southern California an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and is a Distinguished Speaker at the Marshall School of Business.
